Our techs have experience with a wide range of equipment from a large variety of manufacturers and will make sure that your removal and/or installation is performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Whether you need help removing or installing a single unit or an entire setup, ESI keeps your kitchen running like clockwork.
WHAT WE DO
Whether you’re replacing a single piece of equipment or outfitting an entire kitchen, our removal and installation process covers every step from disconnect to final test.
SIMPLE, FAST, RELIABLE
From your first call to a fully operational facility — here’s what to expect when you contact ESI for Equipment Installation service.
Contact our dispatch center by phone or submit a service request online. Tell us what needs to be removed, installed, or both, along with your timeline — we’ll schedule accordingly.
A factory-trained technician is scheduled to arrive with the tools and parts needed to complete your removal, installation, or both.
Your technician removes the old equipment if needed, disposes of it properly, preps the new unit, and completes the installation to manufacturer specifications — including all water, electric, and gas connections.
Every installation is performance-tested before we leave, and we file warranty claims on your behalf for any out-of-box failures. We follow up to confirm everything is running perfectly.
THE ESI DIFFERENCE
Getting new equipment up and running the right way the first time protects your investment and your warranty. Here’s what sets ESI apart for equipment installation and removal.
Our installation specialists receive ongoing training and certification from leading manufacturers, across every equipment category we install.
We stock the most frequently used genuine manufacturer parts on our service vehicles. No generic substitutes — only parts that meet factory specifications.
Our technicians arrive in GPS-equipped vans with the tools and parts for same-day service. We back their work with the ESI guarantee (90 days parts and labor).
Protect your investment from day one. Ask about enrolling newly installed equipment in a planned maintenance program to prevent breakdowns and extend its service life.
We install and remove gas, electric, steam, and dual-fuel equipment across every commercial kitchen configuration — one vendor, no matter what you’re replacing.
