FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Beverage Equipment Repair FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most about hot and cold beverage equipment. Don’t see yours? Give us a call.

What types of beverage equipment does ESI service?

Both hot and cold side: coffee brewers and grinders, espresso and cappuccino machines, tea brewers, hot water and soup dispensers, plus fountain machines, frozen beverage machines, ice makers, and juice dispensers.

How often should beverage equipment be descaled or cleaned?

It depends on your water hardness and volume, but most hot-side equipment benefits from descaling every 1-3 months, and cold-side dispensing lines should be cleaned on a regular schedule to prevent buildup. Our planned maintenance programs can be scheduled around your specific water conditions.

Yes. Our technicians are factory-trained and certified on 300+ manufacturers and complete ongoing training through Tech24 University.

How quickly can you respond to a beverage equipment emergency?

Most markets offer same-day service, and our dispatch center is available 24/7. A down ice machine or fountain system during service hours gets prioritized.
